Garman Partners was founded to revolutionize the search industry. Frustrated with the low-touch, out-of-touch, and often questionable practices of many firms, our founding team came together with a mission to make a meaningful difference. We understand that our work impacts countless lives, and we are committed every day to improving how we do business—creating better matches that strengthen businesses, careers, and lives.

Our journey into executive search began out of necessity. Struggling against VMS systems and being relegated to “vendor” status, we saw the need to go deeper—to truly understand client needs, address the human challenges behind the processes, and deliver value to everyone in the chain. This vision led to the creation of Garman Partners, where we believe: “Better People on Better Teams create Better Businesses and Better Lives for All.”
